Durante lanno scolastico 2014/15, i bambini delle quinte nella Scuola Manfrediini di Varese hanno seguito 12 lezioni di coding. Le lezioni, avevano come obiettivo di insegnare il coding, cioè la programmazione informatica, per passare ad un’informatica maker, oltre che consumer.
Durante questo periodo, con laiuto del sviluppatore dapp e coding instructor, Derval ONeill e CEO Buzztouch.com, David Book, i bambini hanno sviluppato un app "Manfre Coders". Manfre Coders è un cataloga di idee dapp e illustrazioni creato dagli alunni.
La Scuola Manfredini si inserisce, attraverso questa iniziativa, nel progetto del MIUR “Programma il futuro” (www.programmailfuturo.it).
Manfre Coders, the app, was conceived by 70 ten years old in 5th class in a school in Italy. The project was part of the Italian equivalent of the U.S. code.org initiative, designed to encourage children to learn how to code. The app was built by David Book, CEO Buzztouch.com with input from, Derval ONeill, coding instructor and app developer and 70 ten year olds who each submitted an app idea and illustration.
